Amir Barnea
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Tashilon in 2001, Amir served as Vice President of Solutions at Sapiens International, responsible for Sapiens' e-business and euro migration solution offerings, totaling over $50 million in sales. He also played an active role in establishing technical partnerships and searching for technological acquisitions. Recognized as a global expert on euro migration, Amir served as Chair of the Euro Working Group and managed global cooperation agreements with Computer Associates, Olivetti-Wang-Global, Cap-Gemini, Ernst & Young and many multinational corporations. Prior to joining Sapiens, Amir held senior positions with NetManage in Cupertino, California and with MSA in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Amir holds a MSIA (GSIA's MBA degree) from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

David Allouch
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder

Responsible for technology and product development, David oversees Tashilon's Encryption Lab. David has over fifteen years experience in developing data security solutions, and has a world-renowned reputation as an expert in online security. David regularly consults major firms on Internet security issues, and holds several patents. He is recognized as a leading security expert by major multinational corporations, such as Sun Microsystems, Motorola, Sony, and Fiat, where he designed and set-up full security solutions.

Tashilon is David's fourth start-up company. Prior to founding Tashilon, David founded Netect, together with Tashilon co-founder Dan Kaminski. Netect developed leading security diagnostic products for computer networks. Netect was acquired by the Bindview Development Corporation for $33 million. Prior to that David and Dan established a security consulting company, ProNetCo and Infolink, one of the first and largest Internet Service Providers in Israel, where David oversaw technical operations.

Ran Ilany
Vice President, Research and Development

Ran Ilany joined Tashilon in March 2001 as Vice President of Research & Development. He is responsible for the development, organization and delivery of Tashilon's Secure4Net product suite. As former Director of Development of MainControl Inc., Ran is an experienced executive who understands how to utilize technology to derive business value. He had managed and directed complex, large-scale technology based developments for a wide variety of clients. In addition to his US-based experience, he has managed programs in both Europe and Israel.

Ran holds a B.S.c. In Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering from the Israeli Technical Institution ("Technion"), Haifa, Israel.

Larry Jones
Chief Operations Officer

Larry Jones is in charge of marketing and sales operations in the US.
He is the former Chief Information Officer of Doremus, a $350M agency from the Omnicom group and has extensive high-level corporate connections in the NYC tri-state area.
As Chief Information Officer, he led Doremus' global technical initiative, bringing both client services and internal systems into the digital age.
Prior to joining Doremus, Larry served as an editor for the McGraw-Hill publications Petroflash and Oil Buyers Guide. He is currently an adjunct Professor at New York University's management school, where he lectures on electronic media and teaches the course "Cyber Business�.
